I used the parts lookup for my Sea-Doo and, like I said, most of it seemed to line up fine. But one part number didn’t match what was on my old piece, so I had to spend extra time double-checking before ordering. Like I said, the site is still useful, I just wish the lookup was a little clearer or more accurate. Not bad, but not amazing either.

I’m not sure if I’m missing something, but I had a frustrating time using the website. The pages seemed to load slowly, and the menus felt kind of confusing to navigate. I kept second-guessing where I was supposed to click next.

The part was on backorder, so yeah, it took longer than I was hoping. But they did email me with updates and I wasn’t just left guessing. It wasn’t exactly perfect, but I pretty much knew what was going on the whole time, and it did show up in the end.

I ordered a part for my Sea-Doo and overall it went fine. The tracking updated quickly, and I liked being able to see where it was along the way. It also showed up on the day they said it would, which I appreciated. The part was the right one and worked without any issues. That said, the whole process felt a little no-frills, and I wouldn’t say there was anything especially impressive beyond it getting done correctly. Still, I got what I needed without any real problems.

"Parts availability was disappointing"
The site itself was fine to use, but the parts situation was frustrating. A bunch of what I needed was either out of stock or not really clear if it was available at all. I checked back a few times and still had no luck, which is annoying when you’re trying to get your ski fixed quickly. Whoever runs this really needs to stay on top of the inventory better. Maybe it works better for more common parts, but for what I needed, it wasn’t much help...

I got the parts I ordered and they were okay, so no complaints there. But the shipping took longer than I expected, and that’s on them. If they had been a little clearer about the timeline or moved things along faster, I would’ve felt better about the whole order. Overall, it was fine, just nothing special.
